Blueprint 31

Blueprint 31 is the heart of Randie’s Light — a guiding framework that teaches what it looks like to live with strong character, healthy love, and real responsibility in today’s world.

Inspired by timeless wisdom and grounded in real-life demonstration, Blueprint 31 helps youth, adults, and families:

• understand their worth,
• walk with integrity, and
• build communities where everyone is safer, seen, and supported.

Blueprint 31 is a character and life-skills curriculum that answers a simple question:

"What does a good man/woman look like in real life?" 

We take the spirit of Proverbs 31 and translate it into modern language, practical habits, and community-centered standards for:

• young men learning to lead with love instead of ego 
• young women learning to honor themselves
• parents and caregivers learning how to model what they’re asking for 
• communities learning how to protect, mentor, and lift each other
   

Blueprint 31: progress, accountability, and demonstration.

 Blueprint 31 is designed for:

• Youth (ages ~11–18)
• Young adults
• Parents & caregivers
• Schools, churches, community centers, and re-entry / prevention programs

We offer Blueprint 31 as:

• Workshops & assemblies
• Small-group series (6–12 weeks)
• Family nights & healing circles
• Staff trainings for youth-serving organizations

 Blueprint 31 is built on three core pillars:

1. Identity – “Know Who You Are”
    
   • Self-worth, dignity, and purpose
   • Healthy boundaries & emotional awareness
   • Rejecting labels that don’t belong to you
      

1. Integrity – “How You Show Up”
    
   • Honesty, consistency, and follow-through
   • Accountability and making things right
   • Respect in relationships (friends, family, dating, online)
      

1. Impact – “What You Build”
    
   • Service, leadership, and stewardship
   • Protecting your community instead of harming it
   • Using gifts, talents, and story to make things better

 In every Blueprint 31 session we:

• Teach – short, real conversations and stories 
• Show – demonstration, role-play, examples from real life 
• Practice – activities, journaling, and Marble Mapping™ 
• Apply – “this week” challenges and accountability check-ins
   

Young people don’t just hear what they should do — they see it, practice it, and connect it to their real lives.

One of our signature experiences is the Kings, Queens & Community Crowning Event — a celebration designed for men, women, boys, and girls of every age who are ready to walk in purpose, dignity, and character.

This experience affirms that royalty is not about ego or appearance —
it’s about how you show up in your family, your relationships, and your community.

During this event, participants:

• learn what it means to carry themselves like royalty in character, not ego
  — showing strength through integrity, compassion, accountability, and leadership.

• are affirmed and celebrated in community
  — because everyone deserves to hear who they are before the world tries to tell them who they’re not.
   
• participate in interactive stations focused on:
